Chicken with mustard and flour
This type of preparation only requires that you have white meat, mustard, flour, salt and pepper. Cut the chicken into thin steaks, season with salt and beat. Then roll it in mustard, then flour and place in oil to fry and your meat is done. You can serve whatever you like as a side dish.
Chicken with mustard, honey and balsamic
Prepare a freezer bag, white meat, honey, mustard, salt and pepper and balsamic. Depending on how much meat you have, so make this sauce where the meat will stand. Put approximately 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of mustard and 3 tablespoons of balsamic and combine everything nicely. All to your liking. Salt the chicken and pick it up, dice it, and put it in the freezer bag. Pour in the sauce you made, rub well and leave in the refrigerator for two hours, and if you want it to soak up the sauce, leave overnight. Then fry it in oil.
Chicken with pepper and lemon
First, make a sauce to coat the chicken by placing 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and finely chopped garlic. Stir it all together nicely. Cut half green and half red pepper into chopsticks as well as red onion, place in a bowl and season with salt, beat and gently drizzle with olive oil. Stir. Then take the baking paper, then place some peppers and onions, then the thick chicken steak that you send, whisk and coat with the sauce, then squeeze some lemon over it. Do the same on the other side of the steak. It is nice to wrap in baking paper and place in the oven for about half an hour. If not done bake yet. How many meat you have so many times repeat the process. Each one goes in separate baking paper.
