So our recipe for carrot roll is quite unexpected, modern and truly delicious. The preparation of this roll, enriched with winter aromas and spices, will turn the whole house into a warm home and fill it with the magical scents of cinnamon and cloves. If you’re not celebrating, serve it as a snack to friends or family, ideally with a cup of cocoa or coffee. While they are still hot, roll in powdered sugar as desired, although they are very tasty even without it.
