Ingredients: 320-350 g flour, 200 ml milk, 20 g yeast, a little oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt. Topping: 2 tablespoons flour, half teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil, some water. Preparation: Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk, add the sugar, a little oil and a little less than the specified amount of flour (about 320g) and process a good dough to keep it smooth. Grease the pan in which you knead and put the dough to rise for about 45 minutes at room temperature. Knead on a table, then cut into wider strips and roll into thin rolls. Arrange in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover to rise and coat with egg yolk. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and bake for about 15 minutes at 220 degrees. While the sticks are baking, make a topping. Mix flour with oil, add salt and pour water and make dough a little thicker than for pancakes. Remove the sticks that are a little yellow and then pour them over a little in a jet and bake for another 15 minutes to turn yellow.
